About

Infrastructure for people who run Bittensor

TaoScope is the network explorer and analytics surface we wished existed when validating, delegating, and shipping subnet software — focused telemetry, fast pages, and opinions grounded in mainnet behavior.

What TaoScope is

We build real-time visibility into subnets, validators, emissions, and wallet-aware flows so participants can decide faster with cleaner context. The surface area mirrors how serious operators actually work: compare, drill in, export intuition, repeat.

TaoScope is intentionally narrow in scope — explorer-quality analytics for Bittensor — so the roadmap stays legible and the quality bar stays high.

Operator lens

Designed alongside how validators and subnet leads debug stake, emissions, and registration — not generic “Web3 dashboard” copy.

Accuracy over hype

Explorers are only useful if operators trust the numbers. We treat mismatches between UI and chain state as product bugs, not edge cases.

Speed you can feel

Subnet and validator views stay responsive with caching and disciplined queries so research and operations don’t stall on spinners.

Clear posture on data

No engagement trackers on the core product. We optimize for a tool people can leave open all day without surprises.

How we build

  • 01Typed, inspectable code paths. Next.js, TypeScript, and Bittensor tooling with reviews that prioritize correctness of chain-derived data.
  • 02Incremental releases. Small vertical slices that operators can react to quickly — no quarterly “big bang” drops that hide regressions.
  • 03Direct feedback loops. We talk with subnet teams, validators, and integrators when metrics look off — that feed becomes the backlog.

Partners, not “accounts”

Outside the core explorer, we collaborate on subnet dashboards, bespoke analytics, and integrations where TaoScope data can sit inside your own workflows.

If you need something that doesn't exist yet, lead with the metric you're trying to protect — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.

Join the team

We're hiring senior contributors across engineering and technical recruiting. Expect async-friendly collaboration, a high trust bar, and problems that touch live mainnet data daily.
