TaoScope is a blockchain explorer and analytics platform for the Bittensor network. Our Service provides:

• Real-time network statistics and data visualization
• Subnet, validator, and miner information
• Historical charts and analytics
• Wallet integration for viewing balances (read-only)
• Price tracking and alerts via Telegram bots
• Delegation calculator and comparison tools

By using TaoScope, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service excessively
• Not use the Service for any illegal activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Data is sourced from the Bittensor blockchain and third-party APIs
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or real-time updates at all times
• Delays, errors, or discrepancies may occur
• Price data is provided by CoinGecko and may vary from other sources
• Users should verify critical information from multiple sources

Our wallet integration feature allows you to view your Bittensor holdings:

• We only read publicly available blockchain data
• We never request or have access to your private keys
• Wallet connections are handled entirely by your browser extension
• We do not store your wallet addresses on our servers
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet

Never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone, including TaoScope.

TaoScope integrates with third-party services and may contain links to external websites:

• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies
• Use of third-party services is at your own risk
• We do not endorse any third-party products or services

The TaoScope name, logo, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• The TaoScope brand and logo are proprietary
• Our original code is available under open-source licenses where applicable
• Blockchain data is public and not owned by TaoScope
• You may not use our branding without permission

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaoScope, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

We strive to maintain high availability, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
• External factors (blockchain congestion, API limits) may impact performance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
