- Ship narrow, high-trust features (alerts, summaries, triage) behind explicit quality budgets.
Baseline
- ·Shipped LLM-backed or agentic features in production with eval and monitoring discipline.
- ·Strong TypeScript or Python; comfortable integrating models with internal APIs and auth.
- ·Skeptical mindset: prefer checkable answers over persuasive prose.
Plus:
Experience with function calling, multi-step planners, or operator-facing copilots.
